How do I install the extension?
  1. 1. Download the extension from our download page
  2. 2. Extract the zip file to a folder on your computer

  4. 4. Enable "Developer mode" in the top right corner
  5. 5. Click "Load unpacked" and select the extracted folder
  6. 6. Pin the extension to your toolbar for easy access
Is the extension safe to use?

Yes, the extension is designed with security and privacy in mind:

  • • All data processing happens locally on your device
  • • We don't store your personal information or host data
  • • Session data is only used temporarily and can be cleared anytime

How do I set up AI content generation?
  1. 1. Get an OpenAI API key from platform.openai.com
  2. 2. Open the extension and go to the GROW tab
  3. 3. Click "Configure AI" and enter your API key
  4. 4. Select your properties from the dropdown
  5. 5. Choose content type and generate AI content

Note: You'll need to pay for OpenAI API usage based on their pricing. The extension itself is free.

Why can't I see my properties in the dropdown?

If your properties aren't showing up, try these steps:

  • • Make sure you're logged into your Booking.com host account
  • • Navigate to your host dashboard or property management page
  • • Click the "Refresh Properties" button in the extension
  • • Wait a few seconds for the extraction to complete
  • • If still not working, try refreshing the Booking.com page

The extension works best on official Booking.com host pages and dashboards.

What browsers are supported?

The extension is compatible with Chromium-based browsers:

How do I backup and restore my session?

Backup Session:

  1. 1. Make sure you're logged into Booking.com
  2. 2. Open the extension
  3. 3. Go to the PROTECT tab
  4. 4. Click "Backup Session"
  5. 5. Save the file when prompted

Restore Session:

  1. 1. Open the extension
  2. 2. Go to the PROTECT tab
  3. 3. Click "Restore Session"
  4. 4. Select your backup file
  5. 5. Refresh the Booking.com page

Troubleshooting

Extension won't load or install

Check these common issues:

  • • Make sure you extracted the zip file completely
  • • Verify you selected the correct folder (should contain manifest.json)
  • • Enable "Developer mode" in Chrome extensions
  • • Try restarting Chrome and loading again
  • • Check that you're using a supported browser version
Session backup/restore not working

  • • Try different host pages (dashboard, property list, etc.)
  • • Refresh the browser page and try again
  • • Check if page has finished loading completely
